Founder and Chairman Y.C. Lai has stepped down from his position as Chairman, with the former General Manager Jack Liu taking over the role.
On May 27, Yankey Engineering (6691) held its annual shareholders' meeting, successfully passing all resolutions and conducting a board re-election. During the board meeting that followed, a new Chairman was elected. The former General Manager, Jack Liu, succeeded the founder and outgoing Chairman, Y.C. Lai, completing the generational transition.

Yankey Engineering Company sponsors the 6th National High School Vocational School 'Copper Pipe Creative Design Competition' and the 2nd 'Water Pipe Design and Electrical Wiring Application Creative Competition,' organized by the Department of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Energy at Far East University.
