Chairman Liu carries over 31 years of experience in the engineering field, highly recognized for expertise in cleanroom MEP integration, and mega project leadership.

Since joining Yankey Engineering, Chairman Liu has played a key role in guiding the company’s steady growth in the high-tech facility sector. With strong execution and clear strategic direction, he shaped the company for capital market development while expanding its presence internationally.

Throughout his career, he directed grand-scale projects from industry giants, including TSMC, Micron, Largan Precision, Xintec, and Fubon Group. From advanced semiconductor facilities to commercial developments, whether it’s cleanroom or MEP turnkey projects, he ensured highly stable and precise delivery of high-precision production environments, earning long-term trust from top international enterprises.

On the strategy side, Chairman Liu has focused on shaping Yankey Engineering into the “Best Turnkey Cleanroom MEP Partner for Leading Technology Companies”. He introduced the S.Q.E. (Safety, Quality, Efficiency) management approach and has actively brought new ideas—such as AI integration and net-zero carbon concepts—into real-world engineering practices to strengthen the company’s technical edge.

Chairman Liu also led Yankey Engineering to its successful public listing (TWSE: 6691), enhancing transparency and brand credibility, and guided the company’s global expansion, establishing a presence across Asia and the United States, including Suzhou, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and the U.S.

Beyond business, he has supported initiatives that connect the company more closely with the community, including leading Yankey Engineering to become the first engineering company in Taiwan to establish a professional basketball team—further strengthening its brand and local engagement.

Mr. Lin brings over 22 years of engineering experience, and has been with Yankey Engineering since 2004, where he began his career from an entry-level position. His journey reflects a strong dedication in professionalism, hands-on expertise, and commitment for engineering.

Over the years, he has led and managed a number of landmark projects, including Foshan Chimei LCM Plant in 2006. Between 2012 and 2018, he took on key project management roles across multiple large-scale TSMC construction projects, accumulated know-how in high-tech facility construction, and strong capabilities in change order management.

His contributions to Yankey Engineering are reflected in the transformation of its internal operations, driving standardization, quantification, and digitalization of core processes. Through implementation of digital management systems, Mr. Lin has elevated engineering quality and operational efficiency—serving as a key force behind the company’s digital transformation and scalable development.

Widely recognized for his expertise in MEP integration and multinational project management, Mr. Su joined Yankey Engineering in 2011, carrying more than 21 years of engineering experience. He led the technical division, focusing on strengthening team capabilities and continuously refining organizational systems through strong execution and forward-looking technical leadership.

With extensive experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project coordination, Anthony’s hands-on involvement reached China, Singapore, and Japan. His international exposure highlights strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate global resource. While actively advancing the application of BIM (Building Information Modeling), Anthony implemented digital tools to streamline complex engineering interfaces and improve both project efficiency and construction quality.

Signature projects under Anthony’s leadership include the 2026 Micron Falcon Metallization EPC Project, the TSMC AP6A Cleanroom and MEP Construction Project, and the Fubon Life commercial development adjacent to Kaohsiung MRT Aozihdi Station. By leading technical teams, he has strengthened Yankey Engineering’s capabilities in large, complex projects, while earning the lasting trust of leading global clients with precise and consistent execution

Mr. Liu has more than 30 years of experience in electrical engineering and project execution. A key senior leader in Yankey Engineering’s market development, he previously served as the MEP General Coordinator for the Ningbo Chimei plant, demonstrating strong on-site leadership and technical integration capabilities.

As a strategic pioneer for the company’s international expansion, he led teams in building a strong presence in the China market. With sharp business insight, he successfully extended Yankey Engineering’s professional services into Southeast Asia, establishing a presence across Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.

At both management and practical levels, he transformed extensive overseas construction experience into a standardized multinational engineering service system. He has supported multiple strategic partners in successfully setting foot abroad, and delivering projects efficiently, while strengthening Yankey Engineering’s international reputation and brand trust.

Through his outstanding multinational coordination capabilities, Eben continues to lead technical teams beyond geographical boundaries and implemented the company’s globalization strategy.

Mr. Sun has more than 30 years of experience in cleanroom MEP integration and high-precision environmental construction at Yankey Engineering. Spent over 25 years working in South China, Sunny developed deep insight for local industry trends, regulatory environments, and engineering standards, which enables him to respond effectively to complex project challenges.

Over the past decade, Sunny has focused on the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) sector, leading numerous signature projects with strong technical expertise and project allocation. These include EPC turnkey projects for Compeq in Huizhou and Chongqing, China, Victory Union IT in Dongguan, Kinwong Electronics’ Zhuhai SLP plant, FASTPRINT Semiconductor’s F1 plant, and Welgao’s Jiangxi Plants 1 and 2.

In recent years, he led teams in expanding Yankey Engineering’s footprint into Thailand, continue to reinforce and expand Yankey Engineering’s technical influence within the global PCB and electronics supply chain.

Mr. Lu has more than 20 years of engineering technology and design expertise. Specialize in cleanroom design, HVAC system planning, and large-scale design project management, he is one of the industry’s rare top technical talents with both profound academic foundations and practical design experience.

Since joining Yankey Engineering in 2012, he applied his background in power mechanical engineering to advanced semiconductor facility development. Across a range of major projects, he has taken a leading role in the design of TSMC cleanroom (CR) and MEP systems. As PE of core design, he drives system integration with precise technical insight, ensuring complex design solutions are executed accurately. Mr. Lu’s consistent focus on quality continues to sustain and elevate Yankey Engineering’s competitive edge, in the high-end facility design market.

He currently oversees the design department and core business operation of MEP technical functions, while establishing rigorous technical review and support systems. Not only did Mr. Lu provides top-notch professional direction for front-end design, furthermore, he drives ongoing innovation in technology and system optimization, ensuring the company firmly holds industry-leading standards in technical and MEP integration capability.

Mr. Chang has 22 years of industry experience, strong background in project execution, took part in the UMC 12-inch cleanroom facilities, the CTBC Financial Park development, and TSMC 14P7 MEP projects. With extensive on-site coordination experience, he also holds dual professional certifications in Engineering Quality Management and Occupational Safety.

Since onboarding at Yankey Engineering in 2015, he has taken a leading role in a number of highly complex advanced process facility projects. Mr. Chang served as Project Manager for TSMC F18P1 CCD MEP and secondary distribution systems, and has overseen cross-border projects such as the TSMC Nanjing 16P1 MEP new construction and the AP6B advanced packaging and testing plant, including MEP and cleanroom integration. These experiences reflect his strong capabilities in multinational project coordination and high-tech facility development.

He successfully drove the management framework centered on engineering specialization and team-based operations. In addition to establishing dedicated construction teams, he introduced Service Provider Mutual Growth Program. Through in-depth collaboration and technical development with quality suppliers, he significantly expanded the company’s construction resource pool, strengthening execution capability for large-scale, highly complex projects.

With over 25 years of experience in occupational safety, health, and quality assurance, Mr. Hsueh served as Manager of the Engineering and Safety Departments at Chen Full International Co., Ltd., demonstrating strong cross-functional coordination and safety management capabilities.

Since joining Yankey Engineering in 2018, he has consistently upheld the principle of "Parallel Emphasis on Safety and Quality," ensuring every project is executed and completed in compliance with stringent safety and health standards through hands-on expertise.

Mr. Hsueh has led safety and health management for major projects, including TSMC F12 P5/6 AAS System Engineering, Macronix (MXIC-III) plant AAS System Engineering, and TSMC AP6B MEP & CR Package.

Specializing in occupational safety and health management, he successfully implemented an online safety training platform, launched the Occupational Safety Bulletin, and digitalized high-risk operations management—building a solid fortress for the company's safety culture.

Mr. Cheng brings over 25 years of professional experience in finance and accounting. His career background and industry experiences from Deloitte Taiwan, one of the world’s leading accounting firms, developed a solid foundation in financial auditing and tax planning. He joined Yankey Engineering in 2016, is accountable for the company’s core financial and accounting management.

He has successfully introduced international accounting standards and audit expertise into the engineering sector, establishing an efficient and transparent financial management framework. Through disciplined treasury management and robust cost control, he has strongly supported Yankey Engineering’s stable operations and enhanced financial transparency, serving as a key financial cornerstone during the company’s expansion.
