Yankey Engineering and Shuiyuan Village Theatre Present “Meeting Pandora” at Dayuan Elementary School
Inspiring Environmental Awareness and Innovative Thinking Through Drama
To promote cultural arts and sustainability education, Yankey Engineering specially invited the Shuiyuan Village Theatre to perform an inspiring play, “Meeting Pandora,” at Dayuan Elementary School. Using theater as a medium, the event combined education, environmental protection, and innovation, allowing students to learn the importance of caring for the Earth and cherishing resources through a lively and engaging story.
“Meeting Pandora” draws inspiration from the Greek myth “Pandora’s Box.” The troupe reinterpreted the tale with a modern perspective, guiding the audience to reflect on the balance between technological development and the natural environment. Through vivid character interactions and captivating storytelling, the play conveyed core values of environmental protection, innovation, cooperation, and hope—educating through entertainment and earning enthusiastic responses from teachers and students alike.
Yankey Engineering stated that the company has long been committed to supporting local culture and education. Through this theatrical initiative, it hopes to infuse cultural energy into campuses and strengthen connections between schools and their communities.
